Many people think that starting an Internet business requires technical skills, computer knowledge and lots of time. Well, I'm here to tell you otherwise. Starting an Internet business is quick and easy. Just follow a few steps and away you go.
Make a list of what you already know and the skills you already have. Can you cook? Can you clean really well? Are you good with animals? Do you have some particular experience with kids, gadgets or an area of the world? Write everything down.
Pick the 3 things you are most comfortable writing about from your list - the things you know best, have the most to write about and can easily and regularly get updated on.
If you don't already have one, create an account on Google AdSense. Google AdSense matches ads to your content, and you earn money whenever people click on them. When you are done, copy your Publisher ID from the top right of the page and keep it where you can find it later.
If you don't already have one, create an account on How To Do Things. Enter your Google AdSense Publisher ID and the email address you've used for AdSense into your profile to link your writer's profile to your Google AdSense account, so that you can make money.
Every day, spend some time writing about at least one of the topics at the top of your list. As long as you write how to do something in a way that people will want to read, they will read your articles and some of them will click the Google AdSense ads. When they do, you will make money.
The main thing to remember about this is to be persistent. Each additional article you post will buid on top of the income generated from the previous one, but also improve your ranking and authority on the site, so your articles will be shown more and you will make even more money.
Your income will trickle at first and you will get a little bit here and there, but when you have written enough, you will generate a steady stream of income, which will keep coming month after month, because the world is practially endless.
