How To Read Eye Movements

It has been said that you can tell if a person is lying by observing their eye movement.  Along with many other things, reading a person's eye movement is something that has been done for years by the policemen in our country all the way to an angry girlfriend.  But how exactly can this be done? Many people take the time to train and acquire the different abilities that it takes to read a person's eye movements and know exactly what is going on.  There are tons of great benefits of being able to tell what a person is feeling and what they are thinking by digging deeper into the person's feeling and actions.

Most of the time the reading of eye movements are done just so the person can make unbiased observations or judgments of a person.  When it comes to looking a person, the first thing that is going to be notices are the person's hand movements along with their posture.  If the person you are looking at is calm and telling you the truth, then more likely the person's eyes are going to be looking directly at you. If they are not the truth or the whole truth then their eyes are going to be darting everywhere.  If the person tends to keep looking up then that is also a sign of a lie or an insecurity.  Another way to tell if a person is lying is if they close their eyes for long periods of time, usually longer than the average blink.  The way that some people express there general distrust in a person is by blinking and taking longer time at reopening their eyes.

If you observe a person long enough, then watching the person's eyes will become quite more easier and obvious to you.  In most cases, you will have done it for so long that you will be able to put yourself in the person's shoes and be able to tell just what kind of character the person is and their personality.  As you continue to practice watching someone’s eyes your skills are going to get better along with any conclusions that you may be able to make about the person.  It is important that the person doing the eye movement reading remember that they can also be wrong in their judgments.  Reading a person's eyes can tell someone so much about the person and their character along with some of their most hidden secrets.
