This is a great way to get your ad out to everyone. Banner ads are posted on every type of site on the Web. Research any sites that might be connected to your product and post ads on them. For instance, if you deal in antiques, post ads on sites that offer restoration services. Another way to get the word out about your product or service is to hit a FFA (Free for All) site that allows you to post classified ads about your product. And of course, make sure you have good placement in all the major search engines and provide them with as many key words as you can think of that will be in direct connection to your site.

There are many ways to utilize the Internet for your marketing purposes. As you receive more visits to your sites you will be able to track where the information is coming from and fine tune your advertising campaigns. You will also be able to track the demographics of your customers this way and make any necessary changes to your marketing plans.
