The Address Book Pro is also freeware, can run on USB devices, and is compatible with Windows Vista, XP, NT, ME, 2003, 2000, 9x, and 7.
  4. Essential PIM Free Edition. Essential PIM is the essential consultant's software—a very user-friendly and versatile pim software. It stores, manages, and encrypts data, schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), notes (accompanied by pictures, tables, text), and contacts. It’s like an offshore software.  It can also be used in conjunction with MS Outlook, iPods, Google Calendar, and Windows Mobile devices.
