How To Use a Submission Service

What is a submission service?  It is an Internet website that will facilitate the submission of any of your paperwork.  It allows you to distribute your articles or journals to a number of destinations on autopilot.  It will help you expand your reach and help you establish a name for yourself in the business that you are in.  As you make one good publication after another, you will become one of the more recognized consultants or experts in your field.  This will increase the traffic in your articles, which will in turn help you earn money.  But how are these submission services put to use?  What needs to be done to get started?  Here is how:

1. Determine which submission service website you want to use.  There are several websites that cater to these particular services.  But most of these websites also have specialties like research submission or journal submission.  This is the reason why you need to look into the nature of each website that you looked into.
2. Register your email and some other personal data into the website.  This will allow the website to trace your submissions and make updates or follow-ups in case something new comes up.
3. After you have logged-in to the website, you will be asked if your articles are to be submitted to a limited number of people or sites.  It will also ask you if you prefer to post your articles in a particular time-frame only.  Once you are done with that, you can start creating your article or making a copy of your article in the space provided.
4. To attach your article to your original website, you must place the URL that will connect the viewer to the rest of your articles.  A URL is the representation of a webpage that will automatically bring a user to the web address once it is clicked.  The URL should be placed accordingly, as indicated by the submission website.  Sometimes, an online article service will require you to place the URL in a box, while others prefer to place them along with the article itself.
5. After all of the previous steps are done, you are almost ready to submit your article.  What’s left for you to do is to review your article.  This step is not to be taken so lightly, especially if the website that you have chosen has no option that will enable you to make revisions.  This means that if you have written and published a mistake, it cannot be rewritten without canceling the submission and starting back to step 4.  If you were paying a fee for each submission, it would be like throwing away money to gain nothing.
6. After an article or fiction submission is done, you will have to decide if you want to add more articles.  If you have a couple of writings that you need to submit, you can directly click on the icon saying, “Add submission”.  Then you can start back to step 4.

These steps were made based on several websites, but not all steps apply to a particular website.  This article only serves as a general guideline and may not be totally applicable to several submission service websites.
