- Understand the advantages of setting up an About Me page on your eBay store. An About Me page serves as your eBay store's profile. It should contain necessary contact information, especially your business' official email address. Having a published email address conveys goodwill and reliability. This way, prospective clients will feel more secure knowing that they will have a way of contacting you. An About Me page can also be used to publish the URL of your online store's individual website. Providing your prospective clients with a way to access your official website, if any, greatly boosts your chances of selling.
