Here my right handed daughter is hitting lefty forehands. It may feel awkward at first but it's an essential skill to develop. Stage two is for Colindy to place just the thumb and index finger of her right hand on the grip. At this stage note that the pace doesn't come from muscles it comes from relaxation.
