The next drill we are going to perform is the lateral hoop around with resistance. It is very similar to the one-two cut with resistance in the fact that in one direction, it is going to be resisted and then the other direction is going to be assisted. So you are going to get an over speed and a resistance on both. Stick and hold on the last one going two feet into each hoop. That is lateral hoop around with resistance.
