This next drill with the one-two cut is going to incorporate not only resistance, speed training, but also over speed training. So when Bobby does his one-two cut, up away from me. I am going to be resisting him on this side and when he comes back it will actually be assisting him and pulling him back. There is one thing that you want to focus on when you come back, is that you don't fall out of the hoop. Take your big toe, reach down in to the hoop, giving yourself a brace to push right back out of that hoop. And sit, good; and that is resisted one-two cut. I would do this one way and then turn the athlete around and do it the opposite way so that you get the same resistance on both sides, and that's one-two cut with resistance.
