Speaker: Artichoke dip is a must have at any gathering. Serve it warm with an assortment of veggies and crackers. First, drain and finely chop one can of artichoke hearts or use a food processor. Next, mix the artichokes with three quarters of a cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise and three quarters of a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dip into an oven-proof pan and heat it in the oven for ten minutes at 350 degrees, it's that easy. Artichoke dip, it's an old favorite. Try it with steamed artichoke leaves.
