Female Speaker: Shadow training involves two players dribbling directly at one another. We are going to start with the cruyff which is a change in direction. So Doug and I dribble right at each other. We both do the cruyff, turn; any kind of turn is fine, now we go right back at each other. Hey! The key here is not to collide. We can even give a fake, a little fake kick, like we are going at each other. Ooh! That was close, and now we go with our left foot. Now we are trying to put a little bit of pressure on ourselves here, rather just training in open space. And now we move on to the touch and go move. So now we are actually going to go by each other, take one another’s spots, turn, and come back. We use our right foot. Right foot again Doug, again if we get too close it's going to hurt. Doug get out of the way, boom! One more with the right foot. Doug and myself demonstrated this with two moves, where you can do this with all of the moves that you previously learned. You can use change in direction moves, moves to beat the opponent, and you could do whatever number of the wraps is comfortable for you. You might want to just do may be five each move or you want to take a couple of specific moves that you want to master, maybe do about ten wraps each and always using both feet.
