This tutorial will show you how to change a customer's account password in WHM. Occasionally, a customer will forget his password and not be able to access his cPanel control panel. You can create a new for him in WHM. Enter the new password. It should be 6-8 characters and should not include the customer's user name. Select the domain for which you would like to create a new password. That's it! Advise your customer that this is the new password for cPanel and FTP access.
