People often ask me whether detoxification is something they should do and I say yes. It is one of my favorite things and the reason is that we live in a world today that is fairly toxic, the water we drink, the air we breathe and the food we take in. People come into my office and they do not feel good. They are depressed, they have low energy, they have pain, fatigue and they say what should I do, what more should I take and often I say stop, take nothing and let us do a detox, a cleanse. So detoxification entails a lot, it entails nutrition, eating really wholesome good food, fruits and vegetables. Hydration. It entails getting exercise and breathing properly and there are certain herbs and vitamins and minerals and nutrients and enzymes that facilitate the organs in communicating and getting rid of what is ready to go. We have lots of herbs and products here at the Elephant, that will facilitate this cleansing process. So I recommend it is done every six months to every year.
