As far as I know, there is NO WHERE to put the code. When I try to link my account here, it asks for my email address and zip code or last 5 digits of my phone number. I put in the information that it asks for and I just keep getting an error. Can anyone help me out here?

What is the error that is returned? The Google AdSense program does all the validation of the email/zip code/phone numbers, we just redisplay the error messages given to us.
Most typical reason for an error are the AdSense account is not active, the email is not associated with a AdSense, of the zip code/phone number did not match.
ERROR_0 shows up when I try my zip code or the last 5 digits of my phone number. I checked my account to make sure that I hadn't mis-entered information there and the information comes up perfectly there. I use Google Adsense for another site that I'm on and it works fine there.
Just like this writer, i am experiencing the same thing with the google adsence account link; at least a thorough explanation on how it works should be offered. And if the accounts cannot be linked, then writer or article contributors should be made to know. I think it is better to consolidate an all your account instead of maintaining different accounts on the same platform. Something should be done; and quickly too.
This may be an obvious fix, but did you input BOTH the last 5 digits of your phone number AND your zip code?

Where to put the info about adsense account in first case? I only see a sumbit button when I click on the adsense link.......can any one help

I am also trying to ad my google adsense information. When I click on the link I get a page that only has a submit button, but no place to add my information.
We believe that all Google Adsense issues have been resolved! Our thanks to those who sent us a detailed accounting of the steps taken and error messages received so that we could replicate the issue on our end.
