I have an article that has been published here for awhile now. Today I see that it is HTOTD Pending. What does that mean?

HTOTD stands for “How To Of The Day.” HTOTD Pending means that your article is scheduled to show up on our RSS feed and in the HTOTD widget. On the day the article is scheduled to appear, the article status changes to HTOTD (not pending). I thought my HTOTD would show up on the front page of the site... It's no longer pending, but isn't there. Does it only show up in the RSS feed? If so, does anyone have a blog I can check my article out on??
The HTOTD is featured on any sites that have the HTOTD widget uploaded and also on our RSS feed.

I have tried adding the widget to two websites I have - www.merylsmusings.blogspot.com and www.mcdesigninc.com, but with no luck. Any suggestions?
