Education is essential to the holistic development of every child. Although some do not agree with the strict discipline and structure imposed upon students of military schools and boot camps, there are still parents and students who voluntarily choose to study in such an environment. But getting into a military school training program, whether it’s an elementary school, preparatory, or boarding school for military boys and girls, is not easy. There are requirements that must be fulfilled as part of the admission process. Although each school has their own admissions process, there are some similarities. 1. Fill out an inquiry form. Most military schools require interested students and parents to fill out an inquiry form even if they are just looking for more information about the school, its training programs, military tuition fees, curricula, and other relevant details. 2. Attend an open house or participate in a recruiting trip. Just like private schools, military schools invite interested students to attend an open house within the campus, or its personnel go to schools to recruit students. The purpose of such activities is to make the school more attractive to potential students and convince them to continue with the admission process and become students of the school.
3. 5. Survive your interview. Military schools screen students thoroughly. Even if you pass the test, you have to go to the school for an interview with an admissions officer. This interview will determine whether you have the attitude and aptitude to survive the military school. The admissions officer will observe your behavior based on your answers. Prepare for the interview beforehand by thinking of possible questions.
