Announcer: Cartagena is an easy introduction to what’s great about this country. Everything and everybody seems to be a different color. Indigenous Amerindian and, Spanish and Afro Caribbean influences mix and match to make this uniquely diverse of exciting collision of flavors. Anthony Bourdain: And the best thing about it, this place as you will see, gives you something special. Anthony Bourdain: Nice. Announcer: Horhe is the chef owner of La Cevicheria. Male Speaker: And this the octopus with the Caruso sauce. Anthony Bourdain: Caruso sauce, what is that? Male Speaker: This is a like a fruit juice, it’s very refreshing. You like it? Anthony Bourdain: Hey you know it’s sweet, also good. The sauce here, then some of the citrus here, I haven’t tasted this before. It is really good. I love that sweet, spicy little, little sour and that orange taste, it’s really nice. Male Speaker: Two years ago nobody cares about the Columbia food. Anthony Bourdain: When you have all these incredible ingredients here. Male Speaker: Sure, there are a lot of people that are doing good things. Anthony Bourdain: You are really good man.
