Don't think of food as the enemy.

I am Steve Terrano, welcome to section Body Performance. This video is for everybody who looks at food as the enemy. This is the wrong mind set. It is an ineffective mind set, it is a scary mind set. Your body needs food to run on, to fuel it self, to repair itself, to maintain its health, it is an important aspect of living. It taste good and it keep you going. When people ask me they write me they call me and they talk about eating Steve like say about what I eat. I eat something bad. I see my friend eating bad. I do not want to eat bad. I am not sure what to do. Well, in one of my prior videos, I talked about all by controlling itself from stand point of we eat more hungry and you look at over the period year, we take in a million of calories. We burn up most of those million of calories, that is what you have to remember. If you were conscious of what you are eating, you will probably not going to a reap. If you are aware how to eat, you are probably not going to eat bad things. And just because your friend smokes cigarettes and drink Jack Daniels, does it mean you have to either. So try not to look at food as the enemy. Looked at it as if it is a necessity in which it is. You can not survive with out it. You know most people who die of anorexia do not die in starvation. They die of heart failure. Even they starved to death, they have still fat on there bodies as if massy for this they look, they still have fat in there bodies. They typically die because they do not have a nutrients to keep there bodies running. And you call that starvation but they do not in a sense starved to death. So this is a bad mind set that you need to short to walk away from. Do not look at the food as the enemy. Look at food as something that allows you function. Look at something you need to get through eat and move on. And if you can even enjoy it, even better. Love your body.
