Welcome to BodyRock.tv. This is third exercise of my whole body workout with a balance ball and this time I am going to do another exercise for legs. I am going to do the lunges. This one is really challenging for our core as well because you have to keep the balance in doing this one. I know that it's going to be challenging so I have my chair prepared. Okay switch the leg, I am going to do another 20 reps, I am not really good in this, there are so many exercises. Even if you are losing your balance like me its fine, shouldn't pay too much attention to it. You are going to get better. The important thing is that you are going to getting really great workout out of this. Just a very short break in between the exercises. So I am doing 20 reps on each leg , in each set, so I am actually 60 reps altogether, 60 just on each leg I think is pretty good. Just relax, second break, okay, last set, I hate this one. I hate it because I am really bad for the balance. Switch your legs. Even if you hate some exercise because it's too much challenging for you is to say that you should be doing it even more. Maybe it's a great way I can deal with your frustrations. I am glad it's over. I am done with this exercise. So this was the third part.
