What I did was some Figure Eight, two Backside and then two Frontside. Basically, it gives you a good balance of Frontside and Backside, to give you a nice foundation.
I would say, do like just do a little drill of it, do you like do a hundred, do a thousand, and go back tomorrow and you will be a better skater.
So, that is just a basic exercise. You cannot do that then check this out.
