Female Speaker: Well our walnut cookies are out. You want to see how they look or you still busy licking. Now you got that. Alright so I am going to pull these out, you see our parchment paper, oops they are not even sticking, that's great. Now they are off the parchment paper, I am just going to let them cool. And once they are fully cool we can eat them. So who is helping me with dishes. Not one single one, I will have the chocolate as soon as they come over to dishes nobody wants to do it. Alright so now let's grab our other cookies, it is girls cookies you want to look at them, look at the chocolate chip cookies. Watch out that's hot, hot, hot, hot, hot. Okay look at the chocolate chip cookies fantastic you guys, you turned off the water, thank you. Oh fast, alright, so got all of our cookies done and they are chilling and now. Female Speaker: We have some muffins? Female Speaker: Yeah we have to check those first and see if they are done. And do you know what to check them with? You are going towards them I know it, the skewers right and why am I using a skewer. Speaker: To know if they are done. Female Speaker: Correct, how will the skewer tell me if they are done? Michael: Because if there is like a bunch of muffin part in it, it means they are not done. Female Speaker: And if it clear it means it is done. Female Speaker: Right, did you know that? Now you do too. Yep you are also smart, okay now backup this will be hot okay. What I want you have do is each of you can do a different muffin. Now don't touch the pan because that's hot. I just want you to stick it into the top of the muffin pick any one. Go all the way down pull them out, that's clean. Let those blueberries can get that out. Is that clean? So they are done right. Yep they are clean no batter, fantastic. Clean, clean, alright. So I am just going to set these up here to cool. Nice job you guys. Now let's clean up that area. Now we are going to finish our truffles. All we are going to do, pull them out of the freezer, we are going to coat them with some of that chocolate and then we will put some coconut on it and that's all we need to do to finish these up. Pretty. Female Speaker: Do we have to put coconut on them? Female Speaker: No we don't. We could put anything you want on them sweetie. Female Speaker: Because I don't like coconut. Female Speaker: Then you don't need to have coconut. We will leave them plain. So these are still kind of stuck. So what I am going to do or have you guys help me to do just we are going to pour a little bit of chocolate over the top and the once that we do want with coconut we will put on there and they will freeze them again. Okay. Here is our chocolate and we have Megan our chocolate girl right. Are you my chocolate girl today and this is very hot. See how that, what this is called is a double boiler so there is water simmering under here and then the bowl and then the chocolate and that tempers the chocolate so that it doesn't burn. We are going to take a spoon, Megan spoon some chocolate or spoon pull out a little bit hot try to cool them a little bit and then Michael and you actually Michael you can do the coconut that ones you want and you just leave the couple without. Makes sure she put some chocolate on first before you put the coconut on they won't stick. How about we leave these three right here without coconut, there you go. Oh good job. By the time we get these chilled up they will be perfect let them cool down a little bit and then we can just scoop them out and put them right on a plate. Yeah move right here and this will spin right to you got it. Are you leaving those without coconut okay. Oh, Michael right now I need one more with coconut. Good job and now you want a spoon full it out I suppose. Now ready to put these in the freezer there again and let them chill down. Oh I get our cookies. You are ready to try our cookies. Female Speaker: Yeah we do. Female Speaker: Of course you are. Alright well they are still kind of warm. Who want some chocolate chip? One, two, three, okay they are kind of warm still, chocolate chip, chocolate chip and chocolate chip try them. Are they crunchy? Great and then we will try a muffin too. Let's see how our muffins turned out. Alright, so look at that, nice. Oh really good chunks do you want try that too. They are going to be stuffed.
