[Music Playing] Full Potential: It Feels Good! Use a notebook like a champion, think on paper. Many great minds thought that I am paper. Einstein for example, even use his leisure time would have a notebook with him and jot ideas down like a crazy mad man. That is because when you have a notebook and you have a piece of paper and you have a pen and you are putting your ideas down, it allows you articulate clearly the things in your mind that might have just been hazy thoughts your ideas, your feelings. And then allows you to spot with precision the logical or illogical nature so that you can either redefine them or discard them if they are not useful. Using a notebook for all of your ideas will also allow you to make new associations because you can only think one idea at a time when you actually have them all down on paper. You begin to see more of a pattern or trend of thought emerge and then you create new links that maybe did not exist before. So using a notebook and thinking on paper will allow you to take your thought and the power of thinking to a whole new level.
