How To Make Sleevies

This can be used by anyone, not just women.

In the summer seasons, it's hard to find long-sleeved tops, and often hotter, so this is a good alternative.

You will need:

Footless tights. You can get them most places. Some stores will sell them for very little, while others are expensive. As I'm in the UK I can't recommend stores in the USA, but I'm sure Wal-Mart will sell them. (They seem to have everything!) In the UK, places like New Look and Tesco have them. You can use normal tights, but they may not look as neat.

Pair of scissors.

Short sleeved t-shirt to wear with them. I haven't had much success with sleeveless ones, but you could try.

Yes that's all!

Directions:

How To Paint a Clown Face

There are lots of choices that you have when painting a clown face, but there are some things that just have to be a certain way. Your clown face should be a white background with bright and fun colors. To make a clown face, you should use clown make up and setting powder. In order to remove your clown face, you'll need a makeup remover. The good news is that you can buy a clown makeup kit, and most kits come with a small bottle of remover, but it often takes a lot of makeup remover to get the job done so you may want to consider buying extra.

How To Whiten Teeth

Tooth bleaching has now become the most sought-after dental treatment in the United States, with the number of tooth whitening procedures being performed in dentists' offices increasing by more than 300 percent in the last five year. There are many different options for those wishing to whiten their teeth - from $25 over-the-counter strips to $600+ specialized in-office dental procedures.

Determine if you are a candidate for tooth whitening. Children under 16 years old, those with sensitive teeth or gums, pregnant and nursing women, and those with peroxide allergies should ask their dentist for advice before embarking upon a tooth whitening journey. Also, remember that fillings and crowns will not bleach, and tooth whitening does not work on all stains.

How To Reuse Coffee Grounds: The Top 10 Alternate Uses

According to CBS News, "More than 50 percent of Americans drink coffee everyday — three to four cups each, more than 330 million cups a day and counting." If you are reading this article, you most likely fall within that 50 percent. Now that all the coffee is accounted for, what about those leftover grounds? They often sit until the next morning in the coffee maker, and then it's off to the trash with them! What if... just what if you took those coffee grounds and made use of them? What if you incorporated them into your everyday life?

How To Make a Coffee Body Scrub

The coffee we all love so much has many uses beyond just waking us up in the morning. One of those uses is to create a coffee body scrub. It’s usually just the high prices that deter us from enjoying the benefits of exfoliating body scrubs. Since most of us have a canister of coffee grounds in the kitchen, creating this scrub will be easy, beneficial, and most of all, cheap! Not to mention that the coffee itself has added benefits for your skin and body that many body scrubs do not provide.

Before we go into any recipes, let's discuss why a coffee body scrub is so much more beneficial than the everyday scrub. This information was provided by CancerLynx.

How To Make Dreadlocks

Dreadlocks are a hairstyle developed and worn in the warmer Caribbean climates, generally in Jamaica. Followers of Ras Tafari, or Rastafarians, generally wear dread locks. Bob Marley, the late lamented reggae singer and songwriter sported dreadlocks. And while it may be easier to create dreadlocks on African Americans who have the desired hair texture, curlyness and thickness, dreadlocks can be created on most any type of hair. Of course, you can pay to have your hair styled into dreadlocks, but that would go against the purpose, concept and tradition of Ras Tafari, whose message was simplicity and self-expression.

Here is a list of steps to follow to create dreadlocks in your hair. You must be aware that dreadlocks do require some time to create, and that once in, you will need to leave them in for awhile. Also, if you do a very thorough job, you may not be able to get all the dreadlocks ouyt without cutting them out.

How To Care For a Fine Watch

Many people become very attached to their watches. People often spend many thousands of dollars on them, and we often wear them as a bit of a symbol of the type of person we are. Importantly, we often keep them for many years, with some watches passed from generation to generation. Therefore, it is important to take care and attention to ensure the longevity of your watch’s lifespan.

Just like a car, a watch is an instrument with fine mechanical parts and does require regular servicing. While full servicing should be carried-out by a professional, there are many things that you can do yourself to make sure your watch provides enjoyment for many years to come.

How To Help Your Children Stop Nail Biting

All parents worry about their children's bad habits. Nailbiting, although not one of the worst things a child can do by any means, can be unattractive, annoying, and damage their teeth. Parents often punish or reprimand their children for biting their nails, but there are much more effective ways to help your children stop biting their nails.

Teach your child to crochet or knit. Even children of a young age can learn to knit, crochet, or fingerknit. When they are occupied with creating things out of yarn, they will not remember to bite their fingernails, and their hands would be too occupied to do so anyway!

Give children toys to play with. Play-Doh and clay are wonderful ways to keep children's hands occupied, as are pipe cleaners and twist ties. Children are very creative, so harness their nervous energy.

How To Go Christmas Shopping

Although the holidays are supposed to be about peace, friendship, giving, and family, they can quickly turn into stress about parking places and last-minute gift buying. It doesn't have to be this way! If done the right way, Christmas shopping can be a stress-free, and even enjoyable experience.

How To Do Hair Transplantation

In my previous article I described different methods of preventing and treating hair loss in men and women. Hair transplantation is one of the best and successful methods of treating baldness in men. Hair transplantation has been used by surgeons for years and different techniques are being used since then, but most modern and advanced techniques are those that give the newly transplanted hair a hard-to-detect and natural look.

Some people prefer to live with the baldness and care less about the receding hairline. Others appreciate the advanced techniques and procedures to restore hair on the bald area. If you do decide to treat your baldness with hair transplantation techniques, then follow these steps to better know the pros and cons and some common pitfalls to be avoided.

How To Work with an Embroiderer

The service industry is so widely varied and too numerous to even list, yet it may well be the most important industry in our daily lives. These are the people you come in contact with every day. It might be the coffee served to you by a smiling wait-staff person. Or the gas attendant that goes the extra step by genuinely wishing you a happy day. Think about the check-out person that double-checks the price of an item to help you save.

Maybe you only see a person once, or maybe you do so every day -- and you might even get to know them as friends. They are there helping to make your day go smoother, to assist you in completing a task you may have been employed to handle, or even the one person that puts a smile on your face that day.

How To Beat Under Eye Circles

We all hate dark circles under our eyes. They make us look like raccoons. Whether you get them from lack of sleep, eating right, or genetics, we all get them sometimes. Luckily, I know many ways to significantly fade them away. If yours are genetic, they will never completely go away, unless you get plastic surgery, but that is temporary, painful, expensive, and not worth it!

How To Throw a Wardrobe Party

Throwing a wardrobe party can be really fun--you lose your clutter, gain more clothes and even earn a bit of money! Just follow the simple steps below.

Make some invitations, and tell all your friends! The more people you invite, the better range you'll have. I reckon that inviting about 10 is a good number. Below is a basic template of what you'll need to say, but remember to jazz it up a bit. You might even want to print out this article, so they also know what to do and what to expect.

	WARDROBE PARTY!

Bring any clothes you can't wear anymore, and come and swap them for ones you can!

How To Dye Your Hair Green

When you want to get in touch with your wild side, dying your hair a crazy color is one way to do it. In order to dye your hair green, you will need the following items that you can pick up from any beauty supply store: powdered bleach, hydrogen peroxide developer 40 volume (should be right next to hair bleach), green hair dye, gloves, mixing bowl, brush, shower cap, blow dryer and old towels. Note: This can be extremely damaging to hair that has been dyed too often, and if your hair is already blonde, skip the bleaching steps.

Section hair into 4 sections, 2 sections in front, 2 in back.

How To Prevent and Treat Hair Loss

No matter their age, almost everybody is concerned with their physical appearance and looks. Hair plays a vital role in looks and the physical facial appearance. Study shows that 1/3 of men experience hair loss/baldness at some stage or age of their lives. The most common type of hair loss that affects men is called male pattern baldness (MPB), also known as "Androgenetic alopecia." Although male pattern baldness may start as early as age 17, 50% of the severely affected are those in their late twenties. The main reason behind this condition is still unknown but it is believed that genes and the male sex hormone (testosterone) are the main culprits.

Here we will look into the most common causes and symptoms of male pattern baldness, as well as some trusted, FDA-approved methods to prevent and treat the hair loss.

How To Choose a Men's Dress Shirt

Many men wear ill-fitting clothes all the time. It is often not the clothes themselves, but rather the fit of them that determines whether or not they look good. You probably are used to just buying shirts by chest size -- S, M, L, XL, etc. But when buying a dress shirt you must also pay attention to the size of the neck opening, the length of the arms and the broadness of the shoulders. Never wear a poorly fitted shirt again.

How To Keep Your Skin Looking Younger

Most adults wish that their skin looked younger. While it is most effective to fight aging skin before it happens, there are ways that you can help your skin look younger even as you age. Remember, the earlier you start treating your skin well, the better it will look!

ALWAYS use sunscreen. The main reason why skin shows the signs of aging is from sun damage. The sun can do a lot more harm to your skin than just causing wrinkles. For your health and for your beauty, use sunscreen on your face and lip balm on your lips. There are many sunscreens on the market now that can be used every day without causing breakouts or feeling heavy and greasy. Get in the habit of making a moisturizer or lotion with sunscreen part of your daily routine.

How To Wear a Bustier

A bustier, sometimes also called a merry widow or long-line bra, is a garment that has been worn by women for centuries. A bustier fits tightly to the torso while strips of stiff material known as boning create structure that slims the waist and supports and enhances the bust. Here are a few tips to wearing a bustier well.

Get the correct cup size. The most important element of a bustier is the cup size. If the bra cup fits well, the rest of the bustier can be adjusted to fit your frame. A professional bra fitter can help you to fit a bustier much in the same way that you fit a bra. Remember that no matter how much you fall in love with a particular bustier, if the cup does not fit well when you buy it, the bustier will never fit you properly

How To Donate Hair

Many children and adults lose their hair due to radiation or chemotherapy treatment for cancer or from the auto-immune disease known as alopecia areata (which has no known cause or cure). Because hair is such a fundamental aspect of one's appearance, losing it, particularly in childhood, can be psychologically devastating. With this fact in mind, many people choose to donate hair that can be made into hair prosthetics for those who suffer from hair loss. Here are some tips on how to donate your hair.

How To Wear Strapless Sandals

Like many of the best summer fashions, strapless sandals for both men and women originated in Hawaii but have since made their way to the rest of the states. Here are some tips on how to wear strapless sandals.

Strapless sandals stick to your feet via adhesive--the rubber of the sandal has been impregnated with an adhesive that sticks to the bottom of your foot. The strapless sandals remain on your feet until the adhesive become too dirty and loses its "stickiness." The bottom of the sandal has a non-slip surface (but no adhesive on the bottom, of course!).
