Wrinkles are signs of our aging, which is to say that they are a natural part of life. Skin will become weak and dry as we get older making them prone to wrinkles. Some people get them earlier than others but we will all get them in time. Wrinkles will be most visible on your face and arms. Arms will become weak with time and lose muscle mass leaving you with excess skin where wrinkles can show up. However, we can prevent them from happening with a host of remedies. Here are a few sure to help prevent and remove wrinkles on your arms:

Sunscreen. UV rays cause wrinkles, so applying sunscreen on to your skin before leaving the house will help protect you. Even on skin covered by clothing, you should apply sunscreen. You should do this even during non-summer months. Use a sunscreen with a SPF of 30 or higher.

Moisturize. Dry skin is weak sin so try to moisturize as much as possible. Moisturizing will help toughen your skin and prevent wrinkles before they appear.

Lifting weights. Toning your muscles will make you look good and fill out extra skin leaving wrinkles no room to form in. Lifting weights at least three times a week will help you develop areas where wrinkles could have formed in. Focus on a good number of heavy reps instead of many reps using lighter weights. Of course, you do not have to be a complete gym buff to lift weights. When lugging around heavy objects and things, carry them and put them over your head. This is a good alternative to lifting weights because you can do this at home, in the mall or in the office just make sure to exercise caution.

Cardio. Doing cardiovascular workouts will get the blood flowing to the right places all over your body ensuring that all your skin cells get the nutrients they need to stay healthy and smooth. Jogging and running are great for this so get in the gym or outdoors and move your body.

Vitamin A. Eating lots of liver, carrots, broccoli, spinach and other foods rich in Vitamin A is good for you and your skin as this particular vitamin helps keep your skin healthy and can prevent acne build up.

Yoga. Stretching the body can firm and tone your skin which is why doing Yoga is a good practice to prevent wrinkles from happening. Focus on arm exercises since you are targeting the wrinkles there.

Firming cream. Purchasing an over-the-counter firming cream will help prevent wrinkles. These ointments stimulate the production of collagen, which helps in keeping the skin healthy and wrinkle-free.

Pineapple mask. Create your own homemade wrinkle-relieving treatment. In a blender, toss in a cup of pineapples (no syrup) and 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Keep the machine on until the mixture is smooth. Apply it on to your skin for 20 minutes. The pineapples have an enzyme called bromeliad, which will get rid of dead and dry skin cells while the olive oil acts as a moisturizer that will strengthen your skin.

Lasers. Of course, surgery is also an option. Laser surgery will burn off wrinkled skin while promoting the production of collagen to make the skin plump and healthy again. As the most expensive and drastic of all the remedies, you will have to exercise much caution and consult your dermatologist before you can go through with it.

Exercise, eating the right foods and little chemical help will help prevent and remove wrinkles from appearing on your skin. However, there really is no way of totally preventing them from happening since they are part of the natural aging process. These remedies can help remove some though and leave you with healthier, firmer looking skin for longer than usual.
