Eat healthy and increase your intake of avocados, mangoes, almonds, cottage cheese, cherries, oysters, baked potatoes, mushrooms, flaxseed oil and wheat germ. All of these items are available at your local grocer and boost the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs to produce radiant skin.
- The third step is eliminating foods high in sugars, chocolates and grease, or you increase the chance of acne breakouts and skin problems.
- Water! Water! Water! If you are craving soft and beautiful skin then you should keep water on hand. 8 glasses of water a day will keep the wrinkles away and will keep your skin moisturized.
- The fifth step includes proper exercise. Give your body 30-45 minutes of exercise a day, and watch the luminous glow that reflects in your skin. When you feel good you look good. Work up a good flush with a brisk walk or a few minutes on the elliptical machine and you will notice dramatic changes in your reflection.
- This step goes hand in hand with mental well-being. Don’t allow stress to give you crow’s feet and wrinkles before your time. Stress also reflects in your skin, it can weaken your immunes’ defenses and leave you more susceptible to ailments. Relax and take 10 years off of your face.
- Last but not least, implement a beauty regimen into your day that includes; cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing and sunscreen. Invest in quality facial products. Your skin needs collagen for elasticity. Moisturizing guarantees your skin looking young forever, because it seals in that needed moisture.
