This deep cleansing mask will tone and tighten pores, and improve your skin's texture. The ingredients need for your deep cleansing facial mask are 1 tablespoon of powdered brewer’s yeast, ½ tablespoon of plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, carrot juice, and orange juice, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Pour of all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix together until you have a nice pasty substance. This is the mixture you will be using for your deep cleansing mask. Slather the contents on your face and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Now rinse with a wash rag and warm water. Gently remove the deep cleansing mask from your face and pat dry. Your skin should feel tight and smooth, and will have a nice glow. The mask, when hardening, helps promote blood flow to your skin. This creates a healthy glow, removing the dull appearance you had before. If your skin tends to be drier add a bit more olive oil to the mixture. The fruit juice added to the mixture adds vitamins to your skin, and the yogurt cleanses the skin.
