Minimize pores on face the natural way. Here’s how to make a skin care treatment – a pore minimizer – that would free you from acne and large pores.
Sometimes old-fashioned beauty treatments are the best ones, and this homemade pore minimizer is no exception. By following these simple steps, you, too, can have flawless, radiant, blemish-free skin. You pores will be smaller and you skin will be smoother than you ever thought was possible.
Step 1:

Purchase a natural soap, as natural as you can get it. Make sure that it does not contain any artificial perfumes, dyes, or chemicals. Homemade soaps are always a great choice. I like to use Dr. Bronner's lavender bar soap.

When you are ready to begin your regime, wet your face all over and lather you face with the soap. Remember not to scrub or rub your skin. Simply lather and rinse.

Step 2:

Next, pour about 2 tablespoons of baking soda (such as Arm & Hammer), into the palm of your hand. Drizzle a little water into it, enough to form a paste, and massage this paste all over your face in gentle, circular motions. Never scrub--just light circular motions will do. Continue for about 30 seconds and rinse.

Step 3:

Finally, pat your face dry with a soft, clean towel. There is no need to use any moisturizers or creams. Your skin's natural oils will be all the conditioning that is required.

Your skin should have noticeably smaller pores immediately, and after 1 week, your skin should be clear and radiant.

By using this face care regime, your skin will become used to its own natural oils. The baking soda combats the bacteria that can attack the pores, resulting in smoother, clearer skin.
Required Tools:
Baking soda
Natural soap
Clean, dry towel
Quick Tips:
Never scrub, rub, poke, or pick your face.
Avoid products that dry out the skin, or contain harsh chemical ingredients.
Keep it up! This regime WILL work for you if you give it time!

This is great -- I will be trying this immediately to see what happens. I'm always one for trying the more natural way to do things, but had never heard about baking soda. I may be throwing away all those expensive cleansers!

I'm sorry, I don't want to sound rude but it's a basic fact that ALL skin types have to moisturize EVEN oily skin otherwise it wll result in the overproduction of sebum which in turn will affect pore size further.
