  3. Moisturize. A good moisturizer applied regularly can rejuvenate the skin and protect it from dryness. Again, to stress the point, dry skin is the major cause of wrinkles. Get yourself a good moisturizer and moisten your face as much as you can.
  4. Avoid the sun. Exposure to the sun can leave your skin dry and damaged. This will lead to lines and wrinkles. Avoid lengthened exposure to the sun. Wear long sleeve tops, pants, and a hat to cover your skin when under the sun. It is recommended to wear sun block as well.
  5. Maintain your skin. Aside from the other tips stated previously, applying wrinkle cream every night can greatly reduce and prevent wrinkles on your face and any part of your body. Get wrinkle cream that contains retinol. These creams will penetrate deep into the recesses of your skin and tighten the skin up repairing wrinkles and deep lines. If you have eye bags, a good wrinkle cream can solve that problem as well. Make sure to supplement the cream with a good skin rejuvenating cream and the intake of an anti-aging capsule, which contains anti-oxidants that will repel the skin from the harmful elements of the environment.
