Follow these simple instructions to learn how to make your hair grow faster.

First of all, take your vitamins! Healthy bodies equal healthy hair. A well balanced diet of foods plentiful in vitamins A, B, C and E are all essential for growing healthy hair. Try multivitamins, Biotin, fish oil, proteins, iron and zinc supplements. Secondly, get rid of any split ends. If you have several split ends and you haven't had your hair trimmed lately, you're slowing down your hair's growth potential. Trimming the split ends will lead to healthier hair, and it will break less. Be certain to trim your split ends every few weeks to a month. Getting a regular trim will keep damaged ends from ruining your look and will allow hair to grow at a faster rate.

Additionally, avoiding intense heat and hair dyes is very important, since they damage your hair.  Another factor lowering your hair's growth rate is daily stress and lack of exercise. Daily stress and no form of exercise have significantly been shown to decrease the growth of hair. Getting a good night's sleep of at least eight hours and a daily exercise regimen can correct your hair and your overall health. Stress is a common cause of reversible hair loss. When you experience physical or emotional discomposure, it can take anywhere from two weeks to six months for the results or damage to show up in your hair.

Also, treat your hair with respect. Hair falls out and sheds naturally on its own, but you might be pulling it out faster with the activities you do. The gentler you are with your hair, the less of it you'll pull out.  Don't pull your hair into wearying ponytails or braids. Usage of clips and loose braids are recommended instead.

It's also important to brush your hair carefully. If you have wavy or curly hair, you should use a wide tooth comb because brushes can disrupt curl pattern and cause frizz. Detangle your hair slowly and carefully. This won't change how your hair grows, but it will prevent your hair from breaking. During the night your hair can knot and lead to matting up. Brushing your hair before going to bed lessens tangling while sleeping.

Furthermore, don't wash your hair too frequently. The natural oils protect and condition your hair better than anything else. Brushing hair from root to end a few minutes before showering benefits you as well.

Follow of these procedures and tips and your goal of longer hair will be achieved!
