The On-Line web page where you can provide your information AND receive a copy of the credit report immediately is AnnualCreditReport.com The Only Site other then the FTC site provided by the credit reporting agencies for a FREE report. LINK: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp

Just select your state and go from there PERIOD. DO NOT CLICK on any other links on the page as you will be taken to a site where they will attempt to obtain some of your hard earned money! You will receive only one report but can start the process again to obtain all three reports. A good idea is to obtain a copy of all three reports, review them for accuracy, and place them with your tax documents when you prepare your tax filings. YOU WILL NOT receive a credit score (FICO score) which will require a payment but you WILL be able to print out your credit report as maintained by the respective credit reporting agency.
