Increasing your intake of foods with high dietary fiber, coupled with regular exercise, and increasing your water intake helps a lot in treating this condition. Incorporation of mineral oil and herbal tea is also great to achieve bowel cleansing. However, medical interventions are done for the cases that include medical problems.
