A Scooby Snack is not just a treat used to bribe the classic cartoon dog. It is also the name of a very popular and delicious cocktail. Follow these directions and enjoy a delicious Scooby Snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Midori melon liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 splash pineapple juice
  • 1 dollop whipped cream

Directions

  1. Pour the Midori and rum into a shaker.
  2. Shake.
  3. Strain into a shooter glass.
  4. Splash in pineapple juice.
  5. Top with whipped cream.

Scooby Doo was my favorite cartoon as a kid. I never knew there was a coctail named after him. I'm definately gonna be trying this one! I'll let you know what I think.
