Here is a fun breakfast or brunch idea that is absolutely delicious! This is a quick, easy recipe that will knock your family's and friend's socks off when you take it out of the oven!

  1. Gather the ingredients. (Serving size: 6)
    • ¼ C butter
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 C milk
    • 1 C flour
    • 1 t. vanilla
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Prep the pan. Melt the butter and pour it in a 13x10 inch baking dish. Spread the melted butter around to cover the bottom and sides of the dish.
  4. Mix the ingredients. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour the batter into the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Alternative Ways of Serving:

  • Traditionally, maple syrup is then served to sweeten the pancake. You can also use other flavors of syrup or a jam preserve.
  • Fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries add a wonderful twist and a lot of color to the dish. Cinnamon apples also add a nice taste.
  • Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
