Stir the mixture until there are no more flour clumps. The consistency of the batter should not be too runny or too sticky. Put in the blueberries with the batter. Let the batter set for 10 minutes before cooking it.
- Cooking - After 10 minutes, you can cook your pancakes. Get a skillet big enough to cook your pancakes. Put the skillet on the fire on medium/high heat and wait for the skillet to heat up. Put cooking spray on the skillet or you can also choose to use butter so that the pancakes will not stick to the skillet. Use a 1/4 cup for measuring to pour your pancakes on the skillet.
