Baking need not be a chore. Follow in the footsteps of a lazy woman to make 5 minute banana bread from scratch. Good food can be made with ease.
Do you have over ripe bananas that no one appears interested in consuming?  If you hate to throw anything away, think about resuscitating your old bananas into banana bread.  The recipe below for banana bread takes 5 minutes to make.  Baking time will depend on the container(s) you use.
Step 1:

Assemble your ingredients: ripe bananas, egg, 5 teaspoons brown sugar, chocolate chips, floor, 1 stick of butter, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.

Step 2:

Determine how much of each ingredient you need: each ripe banana needs ½ stick of butter, and ¾ up of flour, ¼ teaspoon salt, baking soda, and baking powder.  You also need 1 egg, 4 tablespoons sugar, and chocolate chips to taste.

Step 3:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.  Butter your banking pans.

Step 4:

Mix your ingredients together in one bowl.  I just dump everything together and using a fork mix it until it has a liquid like appearance.

Step 5:

Pour your banana bread mixture into baking containers and bake.

Step 6:

Watch T.V. in your living room.

Step 7:

Wait for the smell of banana bread to waft into your living room.  Check banana bread in the oven with a fork.  Put your fork into the middle of the banana bread.  If the fork comes out without any goo on it, your bread is ready to eat.

Step 8:

Remove from oven.  Flip upside down onto baking rack.  This way the top of the banana bread has a crunch taste to it.

Step 9:

Taste test.  Someone has to do it.  Taste your banana bread to make sure it's edible.

Baking need not be a chore.  Follow in the footsteps of the lazy woman's above, to make 5 minute banana bread from scratch.  Good food can be made with ease.
