The final step that I want to take here in the Organizer is to combine the separate pdfs into an overall document. To do that I am going to select the Create PDF from Multiple Files button and that brings up the Create PDF from Multiple Files dialog box. I am looking in the dialog box and I am noticing that the original Legal_Document.pdf that we started with isn't here. And that brings up a good point. I am going to select Cancel. So I am going to go up to Window, and select the Legal_Document.pdf that we worked on initially. The reason that it didn't show up, is because Acrobat nor the Organizer know it's there. We haven't saved it yet. So I am going to choose File>Save, and then I am going to save it into the Lessons saved folder. I am going to call it Legal_Document.pdf. Click Save and there we go. Now we will go back to the Organizer, and I am going to go to my History, and there we have the Legal_Document.pdf, as a part of the History, because we saved it. I do want to add to the Collections, so quickly I am going to go ahead and drag it down over Lot74 the collection. Go to the Collection, select all the members of the Collection, and now choose Create PDF from Multiple Files. And you will see that the Legal_Document.pdf now shows up. Before I complete this process and make one file, I just want to adjust the page order a little bit. Doesn't really make sense to have the Legal_Addendum come before the Legal_Document.pdf in the PDF. So I am going to go ahead and just simply drag that to the top, and then because we don't want the Legal number mambo jumbo to sort of lead the way with this. We really want the Lot itself to lead the way. I am going to click Move Up, which is another option that I have for adjusting page order. So that the Lot_Map.pdf. shows upfront. I really want this to be the center piece of this project. When I am done, I can go ahead and select OK, but feeling a little squarely, I want to make good insure that this Legal_Addendum.pdf is the correct file. So right from within the Create PDF from Multiple Documents dialog box, I can click the Preview button, and this allows me to take a look at the document and just confirm, yes, okay, this the Legal_Document.pdf that I want. And I'll click OK in this dialog box, and Acrobat will go ahead and build the file for me. Now it's going to give me a default name, but I am going to change that, because I want to rename the file. I will call it Lot_74.pdf. Select Save, and there I have it. A complete document with a variety of different types of information combined into one single file that I can go ahead and share with my perspective client.
