Forward Hurdles Jumps Just like the last exercise, the hurdles or barriers are now lined up in a row of five, 3-6 feet apart. The player begins facing the hurdle at the end, with feet shoulder width apart. This time however, the player using both feet for all landings, jumps forward over the first two barriers, then back over the last one. Have the athlete continue this two forward, one back pattern, throughout the row of hurdles.
