Alright, we are going to get ready for the swan here, hands on the hip. Wind those hips around like you are making a figure eight, as if you are drawing a figure eight on the ground. Knees are bent about a hip distance or less or more, it is really about your own body. See what it feels comfortable when you bring the hip around and back making a figure eight with the hips, the swan here. Now let us try a little faster. So single speed here, take those hips around, one of a round making that figure-eight position. If you can not quite get this yet, go slow again and slow it down. Some of you are going to slow it down. Some of you are going to keep it fast. All of us now, let us slow it down here. Take the hands on the hips and feel that movement with the hips here and now coming down and up, so go down for two, one, two, up, two now. Good, down, two, up two. Good, bring the body down, one, down, and then up. This is amazing for your abs and your glutea. Add the snake arms, remember the beautiful snake arms. We are going to move the arms in this beautiful sexy tradition. Now move the body down and up still adding the element of levels here. We are going to take it down and up. Hands on the hips again, feel those hips going around in half time. Really feel this movement on the spot here. We are going to be doing a lot of those.
Now, take on foot out and bring that hip up, so it is a hip flick on the right side, right foot is out, the heel is out and now back to center with the swan. Continuing the swan here, let me take the left foot out and hip flick up. This is all half time right now. Yes, bring that hip up, up and then back to the swan in the center. So we will do these a couple more times where we intertwine the swan and the hip flick. And again, take the right foot out and bring that hip up. Hands can stay on your hips, so if you want to get a little sassy, let the arms go back to the center with that swan, slow beautiful swan. Feel that movement, make it big. Now take the left foot out, take that hip out. Yes, and bring that hip up, back to center now, hips in the center making our beautiful swan. Winding those hips around, right foot comes out, hip comes up, flick that hip up into the air as if you are saying with that hip and now, change the speed making it single speed. Hip flex, up, up, up, up. Back to the center, swan at the center slow and now we will take it to the left side. Take the left foot out and slow hip flick.
Knowing that we are going to change the speed here, so getting ready for that and now change the speed, singles, hip flick to the side. Show me that hip up, up, flick it up, back to the center slow, swan. It is that sensuality of this beautiful movement up your hips awakening and now right side again, take that foot out, hip flick to the right. We are going slow first and now fast. Hip flick up, bring that hip up, up, up, up, yes. And then back to the center, swan. We are going to go one more time on the other side. Bring that left leg out. Slow hip flick, accentuated with the hands or keep them on the hips so you really feel the movement. And now faster, aha, have some fun with this.
Show me and shake that body because of the hip. Now all the movement comes in the hip. And now back to the swan slow in the center here. And now change the speed, so the swan changes to the single speed going around here. One let us swan around faster. Now bring the arms down. Bring it back to the swan in the center. We are going to do the same thing on the other side. Take that left foot out, slow hip flick, bringing that hip up, arms come up, wriggly finger, frame the face, elbows bent and now hip flick to the side here. Ratha move, ratha arms, take the arms down, setting back to the center and to the swan. Swan in the center. Those knees bent, take that right foot out now. Again, hip flick, arms come up, raise those arms, and then ratha to the side. Play with the eyes, if that feels good. You can look towards and away, towards and away. Fling here, take your arms down, get foot still going to the side now, bring it back to the center into the swan.
