Now doing the Cross Grip, this is the one for speed of spin, make sure you grip with your pads of your finger tips on the front edge of the spinner, so we can really emphasize pulling against that edge and creating faster spins. Kacie will pitch from the stationary drill, we want to see how fast the spinner spins, and we want to listen for it. It will actually make a buzzing sound, the faster she spinning it. So the faster spins the more speed and the more movement, we are going to get on our pitches, rip it. Rip it, faster.
