Hey, it is the Frugal Tech here and we are on boxing new Canon VIXIA HV30, a high definition camcorder. And we purchase this because we have been currently using a Logictech 9000 Series webcam. But webcams really are not portable. And there are other things that we want to use that camcorder for that we could not do with the webcam. So, we are really excited about it here at Frugal Bothers and at the Frugal Tech Show. So the next video you see will be using the camera. That is really exciting that we have got this. We do a lot of research. We went to Google, PriceGrabber, a lot of different sites. I went to see it, I look it review and we were looking we have goal of keeping the purchase price under $1000.00 giving us great video quality, easy to use and just really good camera. And it was really between this and a Sony but the reviews the VIXIA went out. So, here we go, we are going to start opening up the box and let us see what we got in this. All right, they do a pretty good job packing in up here. So, right there, you can see that is the – it looks like we got some registration information. We got a battery. I guess that would be for the remote control. We have got the registration card and warranty. This looks like it is in Japanese. Here we go. Okay, so the camera comes with a pretty thick manual and it looks like a software CD. Now, I am going to be using this via a FireWire connection to the 24-inch iMac and so I will be using iMovie ’06 HD version rather the iMovie ‘08. I am not a lot good about the newest version of iMovie. But I think that if I get better so when the next version of iMac comes out I may upgrade to that. So now, we are going to open this part of the box to get our protected PC on the box and we will just set that now on the side. Okay, and we got to take a piece of plastic there protecting the camera. And here we go. Wow, it is light, it is very light, and it is compact. And take it out of there and they wrapped it up very nicely. We are going to get it out of here. Here we go. And there it is the camera, right here. I hold it up there so you can see it. It is really nice looking camera, oops, just knock over the old bliss noble microphone, sorry about that. But there it is. Here is the top of the camera. It has got a built-in flash, right here. And it takes still photos with it. This is the mini tape, mini DV tape, right here on this side. And this is going to be pretty comfortable I think for carrying around. It looks nice, it looks really professional. This is an upgrade to the HV20 I believe, which was in silver and this was in black. So that is the camera and you will notice that it is got a built-in lens of cover right there. And we have got a little bit more in the box. [Demo] Here we go. And we got a remote control. Okay, it looks we got your RCA video cables right here for connecting it to a television or what have you. I think there is might be the battery cover, I am not sure what that is, right here, this piece. [Demo] For the battery charging electrical power right there. [Demo] Here is our battery. This is the electrical cord itself. And finally, it looks like some more video cables in there. And that, put that down there. That is what comes in the box, I think it is going to be a great camera. It has got really great ratings on that I have read on the internet. The optics are first rate, the video quality is excellent, it is high definition. It has mini DV and a lot of people, especially a lot of read that do a lot of video, they still square by tape versus some of the disk-based storage. I think this is going to do a real good job for us. It is going to give us better quality video, work side to get this the CANON VIXIA and it is the model HV30.
