It is been different from the weekend where we workout again. Just want to show you of a quick video, just to show you a lot of quick exercise. One of the problems that we find with a lot of weekend warriors is that, because of the job that we do during the week, you sat on a desk all week, over eight hours a day. One of the things that really gets punished for, not punish, it is here, you tend to do. A lot of time people, who are walking man with, glitch that just do not work. So I am going to show you is an exercise, which pretty much will try to wake up those muscle to tend as much as possible, and that type of exercise is the Squat. I am going to show you actually what you need to bring focus on what you do in a squat. So very, very simply, you just going to turn on this side so you can see things. Let me do a squat, feet—shoulder with apart. Stick, your hands out in front of you, and when you are in a standing position, squeeze your tummy as a little bit, and squeeze your tummy out a little bit. Not only just activate those muscles just like over there. So, push your hips back to get down, as high as you can go, when you stand up, join the hips forward, squeezing the gluteus, squeezing the abdominals, on top of the movement and that is really, if anything exaggerate the movement, exaggerate the squeezing gluteus, exaggerate the abdominals as well. It is rough, it is tough, drive it forward. Now the hips back just one of the real tip, get the keep the chest up tight with your eyes looking forward all the time, that is it, that is the basic squat. You can get a lot of exercise where I utilizing the gluteus, and as much as possible the squeezing of the abdominals and your gluteus stop, break it up again like and you stop it functioning variable. So that is it again from, the another weekend warrior workout. For more information go to www.WeekendWarriorWorkout.com. Thanks.
