  3. Count your achievements. Count your achievements and do not think about the failures that you have committed. Your achievements do not necessarily have to be big like winning an award. Even the smallest achievements, such as learning how to ride a bike, or baking a cake can make you feel good about yourself.
  4. Do things that scare you. Make a list of the things that you are afraid of doing. Afterwards, try to do these things. You can do one thing everyday until you have done everything on your list. After doing this, you will find yourself more confident as you have achieved something that you never would have thought of doing.
  5. Enjoy life. Remember that you only have one life to live. Have fun. Go out with your friends and meet new people. Do not stress yourself by thinking of what other people think about you. This is your life and other people should have no control of what you say or do.
