- Run for a cause. Some organizations conduct fun run events for fundraising or to support a good cause. These running events are usually advertised in newspapers, radios, flyers and on the Internet. This is one way you can get your exercise outdoors. The best thing about this is, you also get to help a good cause.
- Fitness groups. Find a fitness group in your neighborhood that you can join. These fitness groups often workout outdoors. Some of them do yoga, cardio exercises, aerobics and other activities that can help in toning your muscles. Joining a group is beneficial as you not only get a good workout but you also gain some friends.
