Cellulite, plaguing women since before the creation of the mini skirt. I see a lot of people talking about getting rid of cellulite, but I am pretty skeptical when it comes to so called cures.
In all honesty, no pill, diets, or creams can get rid of cellulite. The only thing proven to do that is a solid exercise program and balanced hormone levels, especially growth hormone and testosterone (yes in women).
So here are 5 proven ways that you can eliminate or reduce cellulite at home!
Replace all of the "machine & weighted" leg exercises you are doing with bodyweight exercises. I know there are a lot of machine based cellulite "tricks" out there in mainstream health articles, but trust me this works better. Bodyweight exercises are essential for body sculpting and fat loss.
Focus on muscle contraction in every repetition. This will allow your whole muscle to get involved and be properly engaged throughout each exercise, which just happens to be key to thigh cellulite reduction. This is very important for beginners, because you will learn which muscles are suppose to be working in each exercise.
Forget the "No Pain - No Gain" attitude. This is a myth that tricks women into thinking doing more is somehow better. This simply isn't the case. Avoid pain, and you can avoid exercise related injuries. To be able to train consistently, you must train safe.
Concentrate on doing each exercise with very little rest in between, usually no more than 20 seconds in between sets. This will speed up cellulite reduction, because short burst workouts that have a higher intensity are best for burning unwanted fat.
Don't expect too much. You should see visible results in 2 or 3 weeks if you are consistently training your lower body 3 times a week. Remember consistency with your workouts and nutrition is the path to finally riding yourself of unsightly cellulite.
