Do you have a flat butt? Or are you one of those people that are trying to reduce the overall size of your butt? Read the following steps that will help you sculpt the perfect butt in no time. These moves really work. I utilize them every week in my workouts and have been getting great results and I know that you can, too.
- Keep challenging your glutes. Gradually keep making your workouts harder in order to keep your glutes challenged. This will allow them to continue to get stronger.
- Stair climbing. Stair climbing is great for your butt! It's even better if you skip 2 stairs at a time. Skipping stairs allows your glutes to work even harder.
- Squats are a must. In order for your booty to be shapely, you must do squats. Doing them once a week is great. Try to aim for 3-4 sets of 12 repetitions each.
- Eat several small meals daily. Eating several smaller meals throughout the day will kick up your metabolism rate, allowing you to burn more fat.
- Workout at a slow pace. Add hold or pauses to your glute moves to really challenge and workout your glute muscles.
- Squeeze those glutes. At the top of each exercise, be sure to try and really squeeze your glutes. This will activate even more muscle fiber to allow your glutes to get a great workout.
If you can follow these steps for a minimum of 2 weeks, I can personally guarantee that you will start to see amazing results! It's important to remain consistent in any fitness program.
