But you should take note that it must be slowly introduced to the body since it can be strong. Start with putting small amount in your food or add it you juices then gradually increase it when your body has already adjusted to it.

Take ginger. Ginger is one of the most common herbs and is a powerful antioxidant. As we all know, antioxidants stimulate blood flow and heart functions and at the same time reduces inflammation. There are still other ways to increase our circulation but it is still best to used herbal supplements. Aside from their relative safety, they are also inexpensive.
