Oral hygiene is just as important, if not more, as physical and other forms of hygiene. Other than conveying a pleasing and attractive appearance, it is vital to maintain good oral hygiene to avoid future health issues and illnesses. In addition to our teeth, maintenance of healthy and pink gums is also crucial. Bleeding gums, blisters or gum discoloration are not dangerous by themselves, but are indicative of more serious problems which can escalate into serious diseases or infections.
