Crocheting a Christmas candle cozy is easy with my free pattern! Here is a list of materials you will need.

Materials:

Small amounts worsted weight yarn in red and green
Size H crochet hook
2" candle

Gauge: 2 rounds of dc=1"

Size: 2" tall

Step 1:

Rnd 1: With green, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 17 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (18 dc).

Step 2:

Rnd 2: (Work this round in back loops only!) Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (18 dc).

Step 3:

Rnd 3: Working in both loops, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (18 dc).

Step 4:

Rnd 4: Rep Rnd 3, fasten off (18 dc).

Step 5:

Rnd 5: Join red w sl st in top of 1st dc of Rnd 4, ch 1, sc in same dc and in each dc around, join w sl st in top of 1st sc, fasten off (18 sc).

Step 6:

Weave in all ends for a neat appearance.

Step 7:

Insert candle into cozy. Merry Christmas!!
