Having a bird feeder can help attract these feathered creatures. But choosing one can be a challenge. Bird feeders include any objects placed outside to supply nourishment to birds. They have to be hung where it is quiet. The types of feeders depend on the type of birds. Seed feeders are the most common ones. Seeds like canola, sunflower, millet, thistle or rapeseed are put into it. Birds attracted to these seeds are finches, chickadees and cardinals. There are also hummingbird feeders that supply red-coated sugar solution, which is a favorite of hummingbirds. The oriole feeders also carry nectar solutions, but orioles can also eat fruits. On the other hand, suet feeders are cage-like devices that disburse suet and other sweet stuff. Keeping these objects or cages clean will ensure the birds' health and safety. This will make them come back again and again.
