In World of Warcraft there are two factions- The Horde and The Alliance. There are different races in each of these factions. One of the races in The Horde are orcs. There are five different classes in the orc race- Hunter, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, and Warrior. Orcs begin in Durator, on the eastern coast of Kalmidor.
To get an orc to level two in World of Warcraft is very simple. It is much quicker and easier to gain experience and level when you are at a lower level. Leveling up an orc in World of Warcraft is the same as leveling up any other race in the game, the only difference is that orcs have different quests and start in different places than other races in the game.
There are two main ways to level up an orc- grinding or questing. Grinding means to go out and just kill enemies. It can get repetitive and take a long time, but it is the easiest way to level. The other way to level is by doing quests. There is always a starting quest, and that quest will then lead you to find many other quests. Each quest offers different amounts of experience or rewards depending on how difficult the quest is. Quests can be harder than grinding but are often quicker. For level one orcs the best places to find quests are in their homeland of Durator, or in other countries in Kalmidor such as Tirisfal Glades, Mulgore, or Eversong Forest.
There are add-ons that you can download for World of Warcraft that will help to make leveling easier, such as Quest Helper. Quest Helper shows you the exact location to go to for all of your quests. Another quick way to level is by doing dungeons with high level players. Doing quests in groups also makes it easier. By doing quests in groups you finish the quest much quicker because you are getting more done at any given time than you would be by yourself, and because you are less likely to die. Death of characters is one of the things that makes leveling take the longest.
To find out how close you are to leveling you have to hover over the blue or purple bar near the bottom of the screen, it tells you how much experience you have out of the total amount that you need in order to level.
Another trick to leveling is resting. If you are in a city you character will be resting and more and more of their experience bar will become blue. If their experience bar is blue instead of purple that means that they will get double the amount of experience that they normally would get.
